During her 20 years in corporate America, she had the unique opportunity to be part of many privileged conversations about what constituted good performance, who was ready for promotion and which names were placed on the lay-off list

She is a featured speaker at regional and national conferences.

She holds an MBA from the University of North Texas and a Master’s degree in International Human Resources from the University of Dallas.

She is the co-author of Looking for the Good Stuff…a guide to enjoying and appreciating life.
